ChandsMedia is committed to providing the best possible service to our clients and maintaining a transparent cancellation and refund policy. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if requested within 1-2 days of signing up for a service or campaign.

  2. Once a campaign, shoot, or promotional service has been initiated, cancellations will not be accepted.

  3. ChandsMedia does not offer cancellations for time-sensitive services such as influencer promotions, event marketing, or ad campaigns once execution has begun.

  4. Any issues or concerns with the service provided must be reported to our Customer Support Team within 1-2 days of delivery. We will assess the complaint and determine an appropriate resolution.

  5. For services that involve third-party platforms, brands, or influencers, disputes must be addressed directly with the respective parties.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are only processed if approved by ChandsMedia after reviewing the service issue.

  2. Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 1-2 days and credited to the client’s account.

  3. No refunds will be provided for completed marketing campaigns, social media promotions, or influencer collaborations once content has been published or executed.

  4. If a service does not meet agreed-upon expectations, ChandsMedia may offer a partial refund or service adjustment at its discretion.

  5. Any refund claims must be submitted within 1-2 days of service completion.
